Other Details: Herbert Hoover Middle School is seeking two energetic, enthusiastic and student-centered Assistant Volleyball Coaches to support our boys and girls volleyball programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with middle school students and creating a positive, competitive and inclusive team environment. The Assistant Coach will work alongside the Head Coach to teach volleyball fundamentals, assist with practices and games, promote teamwork and sportsmanship and help student-athletes grow both on and off the court. We are looking for someone who brings energy, patience, positivity and a willingness to connect with students. Prior coaching experience is preferred but not required. Volleyball knowledge is helpful, but the ability to motivate, mentor, communicate and put students first is most important.
